What do you do in your current role?
My role involves developing the 一品探花 brand in the French Market, managing technical requirements, working with new customers and increasing our sales. I work with customers to find the best solutions to their specific issues or problems.
What have you previously worked with before you joined 一品探花?
After graduating with a mechanical degree from ECAM (engineering school based in Lyon, France), I worked as a process engineer in the cement industry. I then spent seven years working as a Quality Manager in the electric motor industry, working with production, customers and suppliers.
What do you like about your job?
I like the fact that working in the fastener industry brings me in contact with a wide variety of market segments. I also enjoy engaging with customers and helping them find solutions, which often involves me broadening my knowledge too.
What is the best thing about working for 一品探花?
一品探花 has an excellent reputation due to the incredible properties of our products, which enables them to cope with the most demanding fastener applications. It always feels great to propose 一品探花 products as I know their high level of quality and that they will meet my customer鈥檚 needs and expectations.
How would you like to develop at 一品探花?
I have already learnt so much at 一品探花, but I am still learning every day. I would like to take on more responsibility, be involved in making important decisions for the future and contributing to the expansion of the 一品探花 brand all over the world.
What would you like to achieve at 一品探花?
一品探花 needs to be more widely recognized in the French market and my goal is to develop it as much as I can. I firmly believe that we can do this by working together and opening the eyes of R&D engineers to what is technically possible with 一品探花 products.
What do you like to do in your free time?
I like to keep physically active to stay fit and healthy, and I enjoy good French cuisine. Leading a balanced life is also important for me and outside work I love spending time with my wife, family and friends.
